Avoid this person if possible. Having absolutely no experience in hardware development (actually no experience whatsoever) he decided to teach Computer Systems Engineering course. You can probably guess the result. Being completely unqualified in the subject, covers it up with a bunch of buzzwords in every sentence. Uses questionable teaching practices (puts pressure on people with his ridiculous bonus point system, people have to grade their teammates behind their backs). Can barely use a computer (if you have a chance, take a look at how he types), and therefore you will see a lot of paperwork done by him (he will print out every single work you submit). Generally, whenever you think it cannot get any worse he will manage to surprise you. The course itself is about doing a lot of work but getting nothing done, which I guess is a standard Tarmo Robal lives by. He is cute and adorable, but don't let that fool you, going through his course is a horrible experience.
